Food intake

Breakfast
-Chobani Greek Yogurt (140 cal)
-Boiled egg (100 cal)

Lunch
-Half ham sandwich (140 cal)
-Seaweed (30 cal)

Dinner
-Salmon (400 cal- overestimating)
- Steam veggies (100 cal)

Total calorie intake: 900 calories
Not bad and I’m feeling great :)

Why hello there tumblr! It’s been quite some time(3 months) since I’ve really been on, but I’m back! …with 5 fucking pounds gained =.=” gotta loose it again *sigh* oh I’m also starting my pescatarian diet change tomorrow, lets see how long I’ll last. TIME TO POST MORE INSPIRATIONAL FITSPO :D

NO EXCUSES MISSY!

Ate like shit today :p BUT IM NOT GONNA CRY ON MY ASS ABOUT IT! As I’m writing this (on my iPhone) I have been hola hooping non-stop for half an hour and plan to go for another hour and a half to burn a total of 800 calories to make up for my bad eating. Pretty easy tho because I get to exercise, listen to music, Facebook, instagram, and tumblr ^^ so let this be a lesson to you people on your weightloss journey out there that THERE IS NO EXCUSES!
Yes, I ate like shit, but I’m taking responsibility for my actions, and I hope you guys do too!

This will be an interesting Friday night!!!

Hi guys! So, I was supposed to hold this giveaway when I reached my last thousand, but the albums came a little later. I just reached my next thousand, so I’ve decided to hold the giveaway now!

DETAILS

  • GIVEAWAY ITEM: Block B’s “Welcome to the Block [Repackaged] Album”; two of these.
  • Completely brand new. CD has not been played.
  • Originally, the albums came with three photocards. However, I bought three albums because I wanted a higher chance of getting all seven photocards. The cards remaining are of U-kwon and Taeil.
  • Winner #1 will get to chose which photocard and album they want, and winner#2 will get the remaining.
  • The winners will get three extra custom made photocards of their Block B bias(es).
  • I might or might not add in some extra prizes for the winners. Depends on what I can get my hands on later.
  • I will ship internationally, so it’s open to international fans.
  • I’ll pick a winner by using a random number generator.
  • Pictures in this photoset are of the album.

RULES

  1. This giveaway ends on the 24th of July, 12AM central time.
  2. Reblog as many times as you want. Likes do count.
  3. You can not use a side blog just for reblogs. You have to reblog onto a “normal” blog. If you have more than one blog, feel free to reblog onto those other blogs. If you decide to use a giveaway blog, then you will be automatically disqualified.

Im always torn between giving into sweets or staying away and yesterday was a semi success! Besides me indulging my cravings into fruit, I lost 1.4 pounds :) these little pounds I keep losing keep me motivates to do better!!
